Relax in our garden with pool and sauna
The Rösslhof has 4 holiday apartments, two on the ground floor (apartment 1 and 2) with direct access to the garden and two on the first floor (apartment 3 and 4) with a balcony.
Apartment 1 and 3 (40m²)
for 2 - 4 people
The apartments consist of an anteroom with wardrobe, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom (redecorated lately) with shower, toilet and hairdryer, 1 terrace or balcony facing south – west, 1 living room with kitchen and dining area, an LCD TV with satellite connection, free Wi-Fi and extendable daybed.
The small kitchen unit in the living – dining area is equipped with a microwave, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher. Furthermore, there are also dishes, cookware, tea towels, washing – up liquid, coffee maker, kettle and toaster (on request).

Important information
- Arrival: On the day of arrival, the apartment is available from 4 p.m.
- Departure: We kindly ask you to vacate your apartment by 9:30 a.m. on the day of departure.
- A deposit of € 200 is required for a definitive booking. This is usually done in the form of a bank transfer. We will send you the relevant bank details together with your reservation confirmation.
- The bill can be paid in cash or by bank transfer. We ask for your understanding that we do not accept credit or debit cards.
- Pets are not allowed
Conditions of cancellation
- You can cancel free of charge two months before arrival, afterwards we will charge 80% of the booking price.
- In the event of late arrival or early departure the entire booking price will be charged.
- Protect yourself against possible costs by taking out travel cancellation insurance.
